Probably stating the obvious, no work today. But nice contrast in the pic between the black wall and the white ice covering the site. Could probably play a pickup game of hockey here today, bring your Humboldt Broncos jerseys, at least in your thoughts.

IIRC the site will be enlarged slightly through a land swap made with the city for the other two phases, and then there is the extension of Harbour.
 
There's no land swap coming that will increase the area upon which the next two towers will be built. What should be taken into account is that the fence extends somewhat into the areas where the next two towers will connect with the first phase.

Site looks nearly the same today despite a week or so of cassion drilling. Quite active during the day and often 6 or 7 concrete trucks are in que for filling the cassions. Steel deliveries seem bi weekly and the dump trucks seem to get the morning shift for removal of the drilled material from the cores. Likely it will be several weeks of the same activities. Here’s a pic today May 3rd.
