Agreed 100%. If you are looking at the view of the Toronto skyline from the east and see the north to south elevation, The One will appear to be the tallest in the city. From that elevation, it is possible that First Canadian Place may also appear taller than Sky Tower.

Has anyone seen the details for how the PATH is connected to this project? It seems to head north and cross Harbour Street overhead -- but there is nothing there to connect to on the other side. Does it connect to 1 Esplande in some way?

From this project, heading north will take it over Lake Shore. It will then turn west and run beside the rail corridor berm, crossing over Yonge Street, and passing behind 18 Yonge and over the CIBC SQUARE SOUTH parking ramp to connect into PATH via that building.

From these residential towers, it is also proposed to extend south over Harbour Street to the Pinnacle One Yonge commercial block, and east over Freeland Street into Menkes Sugar Wharf Phase Two residential block, eventually carrying on the Phase One block and 100 Queens Quay.
