Until Toronto Hydro moves the existing hydro lines to the new poles next to Sheppard, shoring can not take place along Sheppard.

A new road has been built on the west side that lines up with the street on the south to gain access to the townhouses at the rear of the site as well the site

More up on site.

Hi everyone!
If anyone is in construction team or the one with knowledge in regards to construction of this, what do you feel is the realistic closing date for this project ? Thank you in advance.

To save you some time and us seeing this same post again and again, we usually estimate 1 month per underground and podium floor to constructing the structure, plus 1 week per floor on the tower levels, plus one month per mechanical penthouse level, then add another week per floor for interior fit outs… then allow time for occasional bad weather and pandemics. Since you know where in the building you've purchased, you can do the math.
