It's in the register now stage, no sales yet. The sales centre onsite has not been converted from Pinnacle on Adelaide yet AFAIK.

Great! A pop of colour!

I also love how the podium ties in with the existing brick structure next door. They flow together seamlessly.

I hate to be a negative nancy, but I will eat my shoe a la Werner Herzog if this development looks anything close to these renderings once complete. Aren't Pinnacle notorious for over-promising?

Agreed though, the renderings are incredibly sexy.

What do you know, HP delivers again. Let's just hope Pinnacle doesn't employ too much of the cheapening[SUB]TM[/SUB] on this one.

We're going to see a wave of uneven design execution with the new building code. Lots of buildings were designed to be sleek all glass towers. The main way to make them comply with the new limit on glazing is to replace glass with spandrel. Architects need to revisit their approaches to designing condos at this point because the old minimalist all-glass approach no longer seems to be possible. The spandrel boxes are generally worse than the glass boxes.

I thought this building was supposed to be grey brick, like the tower across the street? Has the colour been changed to red all of a sudden? If so, I won't be complaining about it. :p

clarkburglar: thanks for finding those new ones!
