...I think it still sits without any tenant prospects, unless others have heard differently here. /sigh
 
I suspect in time it'll get tenants - there will be a flight to quality - and for someone not needing space directly in the core - given this is new/modern space - I don't see issues. While older office building will struggle.
 
The question is if Carterra will get tenants here at rents which pay the mortgage. That, I'm less hopeful for. They'll fill the space eventually, no doubt, but likely at rates which lose them money..
 
It may be prime space. It is not a prime location. The market here has never been for traditional corporate tenants and they seem to be weathering the virtual storm better than creative incubators from what I've read. Canterra is probably already seeking alternatives as they can't have this sit vacant or even lease it out at a loss.
