I mean, we'd see a lot more office towers built if every dev took that Field of Dreams plunge here. That is, "If we build it they will hopefully come...".

...it would certainly take off those pointlessly bumping threads on said towers looking for updates. >.<

August 25 - Still a number of cladding sections waiting on replacement pieces. Sidewalk areas are now looking pretty good though.
