I hear good things from people who live in Garment Factory Lofts and that parking lot's been there for years.
 
Does anyone have a copy of the pre-construction price list? I am really curious to see what people where paying per-square ft. as my good friend is seeing a re-sale unit for purchase.

In early 2007 it was approximately $350/sq ft.
 
that has been a parking lot for many years. Hope it gets some of the same quality of the Printing and Garment projects, which are both handsome. The Printing Factory project has many nice details, well worth a visit if you are in Leslieville.
 
This project is stunning... I walked by the other day and just stopped and stared at it in awe for a good 5 minutes. Too bad about the schlock being built across the street...
