So seeing as that's what world they're living in, 0 percent chance they would ever give thought to redesigning their "architectural mastery" as they so described themselves if they even had the chance.

Lets remember that the developer wanted to build 2 towers with 1,482 homes and 110 affordable rental which the city rejected because of shadows. the 1 tower proposal (before the latest revision) dropped the unit count to 997 and 79 affordable rentals. It wasn't the federal government or the developer than didn't want more affordable housing here it was the city.Another big congrats to the Federal government on selling this piece of land with no conditions on anything.
