Hi Solaris,
No pain from me! I actually can't wait for this to get built since I have bought a unit here. I was visiting my friend who has a north facing condo in Tip Top. My pictures were taken from the courtyard in Tip Top. I'm really looking forward to moving to the waterfront.

Thanks for the construction photos......I think they are doing well in terms of construction progress...specially after the podium is almost completed (two story left) the tower will move up very quickly.

According to their September newsletter they sold 95% with 19 suites left. Estimated occupancy on the lower podium floor to start late August early September 2010.
