A change.

Looks like one 12,500 sq ft space for a grocery store and two smaller retails units on the east corner. The wonks will have a better read on this, but to me it seems like a larger anchor provides more balance against the few dozen tiny retail units in on this strip.

Just a reminder that this exists:

But wait, there's more!

For no apparent reason, there are five, fake window panels. There's nothing like this anywhere else on the exterior. It's a bizarre, random choice.

The unit I would have picked is one of the last ones left. Years ago I had some experience with a comparable place and that long layout and those southwest views keep a place bright and comfortable even during these dark months.

Bonus points for those closets along the wall against the hallway. I had an apt with those and I sure wish I had that extra soundproofing today.

Hopefully that helps and cars comply with the future crosswalk. That part of Eastern often feels like a freeway with the cars moving through
No kidding. People heading sough on Kingston Rd. as it turns into Eastern tend to gun it as it straightens back out at Woodfield, approaching the Canada Post facility. I mean, there's lights there now (and they previously took out the crosswalk at Connaught) but if you catch the green, people seem to think it's the 401 and they'll speed hell-bent for leather all the way to Leslie. Sometimes this stretch feels to me like Parkside in the west end - desperate channels of panic and anxiety.
