I'm pretty sure there's a proposal for that lot that hasn't moved forward for whatever reason for years.

Here's the thread for that site. As @Towered said, nothing seems to be moving there, but they do have an approved height of 40 storeys whenever something does.

I was mentioning this in the Greektown Parkette thread but the stub of Richmond that meets Jarvis should be removed and the little park should be expanded into that space.
