What? This is looming worlds better than Block 27.. even in its limited application so far. We’ll have to see how the black cladding of the podium goes with the white tower. I don’t think it’ll look terrible, even if it isn’t good.

I just have a bad feeling based on all those mullions. But yea, Block 27 is going to be hard to dethrone in this neighbourhood.

The clerestory mullion is only there because that second floor is extra tall. There are no waist height mullions other than for the operable windows, so, so far so good.
