Tribute is likely to become a fairly major player in the Toronto condo market in the coming years - they've been shifting their (very significant) resources towards the high-rise market.
Doesn't Howard Sokolowski have something to do with the Toronto Argonauts? Does he own the Argos?
Sorry for shamelessly bumping this thread, but it's interesting to see how this optimistic era has ended.
Over a year ago we were treated to wonderful rumours of hordes of new office towers rivalling any boom we've had before, a Manulife supertall, this development itself that has died off (summer is long gone, yet no marketing)...

As was hinted at before, they are looking for a "proposed 42 storey mixed use development (private club and residential uses) and maintain existing Heritage facade".
