That's the first time I've noticed the spandrels on the west (and I assume east) elevations are shorter than the ones on the north. If they carry that line around to the south elevation I think it'll look a lot better than the north side.

My one major complaint about those three buildings (RBC, Ritz & Simcoe) is that the horizontal lines are a little to strong/visible on them.
