EY will be only 10m taller, from that vantage they will appear the same height because EY is recessed like half a block more south. Perspectives can make a huge difference, it appears from NPS that INDX will be almost as tall as FCP even though it's over 100m shorter.
 
Kris, I wonder if it will be visible from your grandma's apartment, or will it be blocked by INDX?

There are regularly 30-40 visible construction workers on the top floor slab. It's a really busy site and they're moving very quickly.
