Seems like Phase two lower floors 1-3 are ready for moving in. Seen a few suites with furnishing.

Also lot of rental units on market as well )if you like to see photos of interior).

Anyone know of any incentive or compensation for the 3+ year delay?
The builder has probably enacted the unavoidable delay clause in your pre-con agreement due to Covid-19. This was a common practice amongst most of the developers especially the bigger ones such as this project. Hence you will get nothing for the delay. On the bright side you will get interest on your downpayment from October 2022 so congrats on getting some free money from the developer lol

They could have done anything ... and they did that:

Here's a promo photo on the parking garage showing the "fantasy" that the "Rodeo Drive" condo thought was too nice:

Any comments by the Phase 2 buyers who have moved in? Are the units still in "occupancy" status or closed?

Isn't it a bit early to take the crane down as the cladding is not done and the windows on a good chunk of the building?
It's possible that the remaining window wall panels that will clad the building are already stacked on each level where they are to be installed…

…but, yup, with the amount of cladding remaining to install, it does seem a bit premature.

Didn't they take the crane down early for Fleur?
