These pieces of glass look very high-quality! Very nice gloss effect thats looking great, now I have an idea of how a large chunk of them together look!

Also keep in mind there will be a blue plate of glass underneath the first level of panels, meeting downwards to the store entrances!

I am not sure if the blue cladding underneath is going to be glass - it looked more metallic from the mockup.

Yes, shadow boxes mean spandrel can look very convincing and even pass for vision glass these days. The envelope of this building is going to look very seamless!

SP!RE?!?

We wondered where you went to. We always liked reading your architecture student comments and glad you are still on UT :)

Ryerson Builds also posted a time-frame of the project. Can't believe a majority of this will be done in exactly three months, with an opening by next school year. (Fall 2014)

Do we know who's leasing the retail space(s)? Great news on the aggressive completion timetable.

From a few days ago:

First one is from the Ryerson library, you can see the glass for the bridge as well as the new curtainwall in the background if you look through the bridge glass

Thanks for posting that timeline phot, devjohnson. It's really exciting that we'll be able to walk around inside this project by September.
