As a side note, this thread is labelled Toronto Shootings, and this crime was not a shooting. Perhaps this thread could be re-titled Toronto Crime: Catch-all or some such thing?

I suggest we leave it as Toronto Shootings, as violent gun crime is a whole different level of public concern as opposed to random crazies with knives on the subway or a gang of tween girls going all Clockwork Orange on a homeless person.

@PinkLucy why doesn't this thread show up on the General Discussions forum list? Also, if you search "Toronto Shootings" and click thread titles it is not shown in the results. Has the thread been blocked or somehow restricted?
