The streetwall on Queen, complete alas. I personally can't think of a gap until...what? The break at the 7/11 just west of Palmerston?

Dammit! That miss is just not consistent with my urban density nerd credentials. Time to reevaluate.

You and me both. I cringe every time I walk past one of our city's many surface lots in the core.

There's also another surface lot just a bit further west of the Chum building at the corner of Queen and Soho, but I believe that's slated to become the new MEC.

I was actually referring to my vacant-lot recall abilities. But yeah, I clearly missed that one at Queen and Peter too. Anyways, with those two lots filled in, I do believe the 7/11 on the south side just west of Palmerston is the first streetwall break...I guess not counting that Kentucky Fried Chicken around Augusta.

Whatever.

the parking lot east of the chum building is not that bad. They use it for events and if it was built out we wouldnt have such a good view of the vehicle coming out of the wall.

The parking lot on richmond south of the chum building however is terrible.
