The lobby height really is going to be impressive here. Compared with PWC next door, this one feels like it's nearly twice the height, and PWC's already feels rather spacious.

Is the steel extension in front of the Delta going to remain at that height? Are there any landscaping plans for the roof?

Normally, I would complain about the lack of retail. However, when the beauty of giant office podiums is brought into the equation, I'm willing to overlook that omission. If it ends up being on par with the lobbies of pwc/Telus/BAC, I'll be very satisfied.

I'm not, no. But it's the same supplier as SickKids Research Tower, FCP, BAC1, MaRs Phase 2, and George Brown's new Lakeshore campus.

Looks great! What I don't understand is the "hybrid" part. It looks like regular curtain wall to me (obviously, a huge compliment if it isn't).

I thought I had explored all of that building (including the PATH areas) and I don't recall any retail.

I did manage to get into a unit which loosely resembles a retail unit (not in use at the moment) from one of the internal stairwells, but that one is located on the 2nd level and faces an outdoor terrace of sorts.
