New rendering updated in the database! The overall building's storey count went from 59, 39, 34 storeys to 44, 39, 27, 13 storeys. The total building height went from 196.89m, 136.24m, 121.30m to 150.0m, 137.80m, 100.0m & 57.90m. The total unit count went from 1357 & 30 units to 1387 units, Finally, the total parking spaces decreased from 514 parking spaces to 500 parking spaces.

The renderings are taken from the architectural plan via Rezoning Submission:

I get the impression that "money" doesn't really want to live on the central waterfront with its airbnbs and brothels, etc.

You maybe right.

I get the feeling that Toronto downtown and waterfront is akin to Los Angeles's downtown.

And this area is like the Beverly Hills which is far from the downtown area.

"Beverly Hills which is far from the downtown area." wouldn't it be Yorkville area similar to Rodeo Drive!

Yonge + St. Clair is the primary business district for the corporate office, nothing really happens past 9 PM hopefully it will change!
