Trump's roof will be just below CCW with the quarter onion and pinnacle above that. It will be good infill. Also, the 'blank' east facade won't be 'blank' all the way up the tower.

And allow me to go on record to say that I have absolutely no problem with the east elevation of Trump, which isn't finished yet after all. Not every façade of a building needs to be / ought to be expressed as a principal façade. Mechanicals, air intakes, service entries, etc., need not be hidden at all costs all the time. Trump's on a very tight site and design decisions were made accordingly and appropriately, with an extension of the rhythm of the window openings to the granite insets, false windows and vents on the east side. There's nothing 'blank' about it.

Considering the price and "prestige" of this development though, it'd be nice if it was a little more thought out. Of course we should wait and see, because as many have stated, it's nowhere near complete.
 
whether you like it or not, i don't think anyone can deny that on the inside, this will be the coolest buildings in town (hotel, condos, spa(s), restaurants, etc....)

WORD!!!! no doubt dude! That 3rd shot is the tallest i've ever seen trump in 1 pic! Amazing stuff!
Those first 2 vantage points really remind me of this render:

my assumption and hope has always been that these notches would be filled with faux windows... it just seems curious that they have stagnated in the current configuration for so long. And even if that does come to pass, the improvement will only be marginal. The mish mash of different sizes looks a mess.
 
Great updates, everyone. Thanks for those. What really strikes me in those shots is the way BA Centre looks transparent when reflecting blue sky and clouds. Very nice.
 
I was hoping for faux windows on the East facade as well, however once they placed granite in those notches I knew it wasn't to be. I hardly think they would have gone to the trouble of carving expensive marble cladding for holes that are to be covered up.
