Despite the gaudiness of most of the building, I was quite impressed with the pool. The detailing is minimal, if not classy. The rest of the set up was pretty over-the-top, but the pool spa area definitely felt like modern 5-star.

Coming down.

They shouldn't have bothered fixing the signage (which took forever) - would have made for less work removing it (though they are certainly quick about that).

The roof sign is blessedly gone.

Anyone been along the Adelaide frontage recently. Are the street-related signs still there?

Just walked past a couple hours ago – all the street-level signage is still in place, unfortunately. Not sure if it's the sort of thing they'd need a permit for, since they'd have to block the sidewalk with a cherry-picker.

Good point. And/or, unlike the roof signage, they need to actually replace it with something (even if just temporarily).
