None of the condos are occupied.

Hotel portion is scheduled to be registered with city by Sept 2012. The hotel and residential is being inspected on a seperate basis so I imagine the res portion will not be fully closed and registered for another year.

From my office I can see that they are beginning to place the "Trump" name on the south-facing side of the building. Half of the "M" is being worked on.
