Unless I have miss something as well as UT, the roof slab of floor 41 is being form now for the full floor plate. The elevator floor sign show 38 with 3 floor slabs above it and columns on top of that 3 slab.

This is really awful, isn't it. It could not be cheaper looking, less creative or less aesthetically pleasing. In fact, one would be hard pressed to create something uglier.

^Interesting opinion, for me it's the complete opposite. This is a prime example of a well executed build done with very high quality materials, something we dont see done too often in this city these days.

Yea, it's a pure turd. Materials that are sickening to the eye, and uninspired, basic design motifs for the tower snd podium. I think the balcony glass might be the best part about it...and that's because it's not clear.

I'm not sure I like it...but the window wall is a least a step up or two from what we've usually been getting with these glass boxes.

Everyone like square boxes as they are cheap and fast to build. There are very few buildings that have good material as well not using balconies to hid the square look.
With the COVID-19 mess, are we going to see a change in the number of elevators that are currently being built??? It will mean a plate size change to add another elevator or 2, to the point reduction of unites or square footage.

Enclosed at the top. The hoarding on Dundas is gone and allows the sidewalk, curb and road for the Six Point project to be completed.
