Wish I could get a better after dark pic but the light feature is pretty great looks like Toronto has a big Piet Mondrian on the skyline now.

I dont' really like this building but the suite finishes look pretty good and the common areas outside seem to be well done.

Perhaps these are just the inevitable compromises of living in a tiny space, but that kitchen is poorly designed imo. There isn't nearly enough counter space for prep. I think that within that space as it appears to be laid out there's no easy fix. But If so I'd say the solution is to build a kitchen into a corner where you at least get two counters on a 90 angle. That way you have more room to place the appliances such that they don't hog counter space.

meh.. better designed than my condo kitchen. Same amount of counter space as most condo's, but has full panel cupboards which means you can store more stuff. I needed to buy an extra cabinet to fit all my kitchen stuff.

Perhaps--I don't live in a condo and haven't been in all that many. But if so, that's unfortunate. I agree that having enough cabinet space is important, but prep space is key. My hunch is that too often the finer details of laying out kitchens etc. are overlooked in interest of haste. But laying things out well is a fine art, one that should be relished.

Condo kitchens are for show. There's barely enough room to prep a Michelina's.

I live in an unit here that comes with an island so it's been working fine, but I can see without it it'll be challenging when prepping meals. I think they did a good job creating cabinet space but definitely didn't plan for enough counter space.
