They did a nice job redoing the side walks beside 401 Richmond, just west of hear ... the street has a really cool / interesting feel, this buildings should just help that extent further east.

In defense of the languid pace, it is a huge site. That being said, the street wall here is going to be quite pleasant, I suspect.
