That photo shows some serious reflection off of the PATH's windows through the podium. The north section is playing an optical illusion, where it looks like a parking deck.
 
At this point, Walmart, lowes and Canadian tire has signed up for target's specs. But I'm not sure if walmart islooking to expand in downtown Toronto, more likely than not this will either be a lowes or Canadian tire,
 
I'm very curious who will be taking the retail space as well. Hopefully not Walmart. I can't see Canadian Tire going in here with the store they have at Dundas and Bay.
 
Lowes has already announced their Target Lease acquisitions and it did not include a downtown location, so that's one more possibility down.
 
I'd rather have Walmart than Home Depot or Canadian Tire since Walmart sells a lot of stuff that would be useful to all the condo dwellers in the area.
