I don't know about the I-beams, but apparently two of the bents that held up the circular ramp will remain to be made part of a public artwork.

The white balconies really add some diversity to the south core - quite happy with how these came out.

The balconies really make these buildings. I don't know why, but they have a weird and kind of disturbing visual effect. I think they're great.
