Man those Shangri-La views are impressive. Pretty much nothing down the pipeline to ruin them too safe for a bit south west whenever the Gehry towers go up (which seems like it will be ages away!) and I guess north with the new University residences tower going up.

160 Front West and Union Centre will be directly south.

Ah good point, completely forgot about those. Guess that blocks off a bit of the island and South Core. Still not too bad though! CN Tower, lake and financial towers all in plain site!

I really love the balconies. Especially the north east facing balconies on the western tower. I can't help but think about joy division.

I can't say this enough. I'm pretty sure I like them even more than One Bloor East. They look terffic from every angle and type of light - sunny, overcast, night etc.

100% agree.

This whole project was a pleasant surprise. I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I do, based on the renderings that came out when it launched. Maybe low expectations helped it's cause?
