My site is 10,000sm. I want: 100,000sm of residential GFA, 80,000sm of office GFA and 15,000sm of retail divided among one big-box tenant and 5 smaller units. Let's see it.
 
'Tis a losing battle you propose. GFA runs this city, pure and simple.

I'll add that I love what's proposed here. We've got the best firm in the city working on one of the largest complexes in that city. Win win.
