Sorry if I've missed this--now that they appear to have stabilized the subway tunnel, are they now excavating around it? Or will the excavation go no deeper?

The first above-grade progress has been captured at the site of Lanterra's architectsAlliance-designed TeaHouse 501 Yonge Condos, following complicated below-grade work to reinforce an active subway tunnel
