Does anyone know what the scaffolding is for that they've erected behind the north fin? (You can't see it in the pic above, but it's pretty obvious in the last pic posted by Drum118.)

Great pics. The last one shows jsut how much change has taken place south of the tracks in the past 2-3 years. The picture would be unrecognizable to most Canadians if it wasn't for the GO Train.

Seriously, is it just me or is it kind of amazing the density and scale of the change in that part of the city in less than 5 years? I know most of us come ot this site and track it is all the time but if you step back and think about York/Bremner in 2006 and compare it to today... it is unreal.

Scaffolding is probably to allow the workers to put in all the electrical stuff/lighting for the Telus sign?
 
Wow, looks great! Simple, white, not multicoloured, which when too much of it just looks tacky.
