Oh gawd - is that bottom strip of what looks an awful like back-painted spandrel glass going to appear on every floor? Sure as hell hope not.

I guess what looks to be a white fin is a positive?

Wow, this looks like it could be a disaster. I really, really hope not as this will be one of, if not, the most prominent structure in the skyline (other than the CN Tower) from the classic lake view.

Could they have chosen a cheaper-looking glazing? This is exactly what I expected, as my posts will indicate earlier in the thread.

The shape of the tower is also very awkward, with the floorplate at the west elevation not resolving neatly or into a point. What a shame that this is going to block ICE in the skyline.

We'll I'm holding off judgement until I see more together and the dust and dirt are cleaned off. Can't tell really how reflective it could be under the grime.
