For such a valuable location Hallmark center was way under the bar. Same old copy paste glass box.

Hullmark Development took the lead with Hulmark Centre. i don't know why it's so well liked either. It has one decent view. The others look awful.
I can't really think of a Tridel design I like. The latest batch of spandrel towers is easily the worst. I'd probably rank the phase that produced Greystone Walk, Gates of Guildwood, etc. as the most benign.
Window wall and LEED ... not a pretty combination.

I too don't get the fevered love of Hullmark by some...
In terms of Tridel's history, to your list I'd add these guys at Avenue and 401 (not sure of the name):

That looks like the same type of cladding used at 5 st Joseph. It turned out great, hopefully this does too!

As per this screen grab from the live webcam (http://www.tridel.com/resources/home-owners/community-resources/ten-york/), they have begun painting the framing for the curtain wall for the future lobby area along York Street...

Speaking of that lobby area, there was a good article here (http://urbantoronto.ca/news/2016/07/cladding-installation-underway-tridels-ten-york-street) about this project and the new lobby design. I don't think the updated image was ever added to Ten York's Database?
