April 2017 Construction Update

Concrete is being poured on the 48th floor at Ten York. Windows are being installed on the 34th floor. Drywall stud walls are being installed on the 23rd floor, while boarding is taking place on the 17th floor and taping on the 16th floor. Electrical rough-in work is on the 19th floor and plumbing rough-in work is on the 20th.

Will the tower block the Ice Condos when viewed from the Islands?

It really depends where on the islands you are! They cover a pretty large area and thus, viewpoints change quite a bit depending on your location.

Will the tower block the Ice Condos when viewed from the Islands?

When you look from the east, the west tower is blocked from view when TEN YORK is completed (202m vs 224m) but for now, about 37m of the top of Ïce I is visible (I guesstimated TEN YORK's height using the height of One York (173m) and used the picture posted by @Logan to estimate TEN YORK is currently at 165m. However, if you go to where the picture posted by @Logan was taken when TEN YORK is complete, then at least part of each tower would still be visible.

All that green glass. Blech!
