I thought they were planning to put all the electrical wires underground and take down all the poles, when they put in the new raised streetcar? Why are they still up? I HATE all that needless clutter!

It had to do with $$. I believe it will come down once this project is done due to transformer vault location is in this area.

Avenue Review

So far so good with this one. The stone work on the ground floor is looking great and nice to see a developer not cheap out and use precast. Brickwork is looking good, and the windows look to be of superior quality.
Looking forward to see how this one handles the more complicated top of the building.
