Just got a letter from Concert...tentative occupancy date is now March 27, 2013!

I am not sure why they send those letters, what's the point on sending a letter with a occupancy date that we all know, including the builder, that is not going to happen. more realistic August-September 2013
 
Oh damn..haha I guess I shouldn't even pay attention to the dates they send ;)

How long do you think it'll take to get this thing over ground floor? I reallllly want to see what kind of brickwork they use :D

Looks like this will be hitting grade at the rear in March and April/May for the front.

Made a visit this am----Getting close to making the Grade..54 weeks to occupancy....at least thats what the letter says....wager time...what odds are you taking??????

I hope it's not too callous of me to say that this may be one building that is more fascinating for what it's revealing while being built, than anything it will show upon being finished.

That alleyway shot reminded me of the Banksy I accidentally discovered a few years back. Somewhere along the way somebody put a protective plexiglass over it.
Have not poked my nose in there in quite a while.
Anybody know if it's still there?

Still there! Although someone spray painted over the protective plexiglass but i's still safe.
