New minor changes of stats from SPA. The storey count changed from 36 storey to 39 storey. Height changed from 112.80m to 121.35m. The total unit count increased from 412 units to 448 units.

I took these a day and a half ago. The cladding caught my eye as I walked along this parking lot, due to its reflective nature. It reminds me of a commercial project rather than residential due to this, though I suppose the cladding choices here have been interesting altogether.
