Perhaps not very exciting, but I find the execution for this tower to be quite clean and competent.

From yesterday. I'm rather impressed with the quality of this development, even if the podium seems a bit heavy and reductive, especially beside Untitled.

Seems like rental buildings like this one and The Parker across the street are better in quality and style than the condo buildings going up, or gone up, near them. Taken April 16-2024
