Hey @FF407, did you intentionally take the drone shot from this angle to match? It's eerily similar (but does a great job at showing the scale of this project)
 
Seems to me like the third tower is in fact under construction. Does anyone have the most recent site plan, so we can see how far north the footprint goes?

So further north than they currently seem to have piles.
 
Strange. I'm not really sure what their plan is then. I guess they'll have to bring the piling rigs back in. Not sure why they didn't just do it all at once.
