Hopefully this resembles more like TAS' Dia, and less like the dreck by Tridel across the street. Diamante is coming off a success in the Florian, let's see if they can use that momentum to build another winner for the city.
Since the last posting, not much happened at the sales office in the picture above, but in the last week or two they have begun to put up more signage on the side of this former Shoppers drugmart.
There had been no other sign of any activity here since last November.

An application to amend the zoning by-law to permit an increase in height from 26 to 31 storeys, and from 283 to 346 residential apartment units. The development will provide 347 parking spaces accessed from Canterbury Place.
Mod's not sure if this is the correct name for this site or is it for the Celsius site since the Celsius sales office is strip bear with no info on new location. Website still on line.
The Celsius site is haft of what it was to begin with since Beecroft Rd now runs through that land up to Finch.
I would not be surprise to see the lands north of the current site become part of this development or another project.
Was by the site a few days ago and nothing has happen from what I saw in May and from last year. The building permit for the sales office was taken out in 2010 and some renovation has taken place, but months away from being finish as well open.
I expect it on hold at this time due to the market.
