Ehhh, at least it's not Countdown.
 
I guess some people just don't understand "classy." The only improvements I can see being made are the addition of neon lights, and maybe a huge arrow pointing to the door with "enter here!"

I hope they do something about that efflorescence on the brick just below the cornice. (And I hope they don't have a leak!)

Likely not a leak but an issue with the way the brick was laid in the first place.

The coffee shop looks great, the interior included. The flooring is beautiful and they've done a good job of creating a site-specific feel to the interior.

Looks like it was Taken out of a European street. Very Classy. Lets hope others can see it and try to emulate it.
 
Restorations often reveal the original colour of the facade materials, which were often an important consideration for the original architects and builders. The warm yellow brick looks great now. Before the restoration, it looked rather unremarkable in its blackened state.
