Biked by this building today. I think the site could have warranted a higher building in the 12-ish story range.
 
Demo then soil remidiation incoming, though the end part of the permit is odd, I think they meant 7.

None of the building permits (post-demo) have been applied for yet, except for soil remediation. (temporary shoring for the purpose of)
 
Taken 13 January. Lots of little cafés/restaurants popping up on Gerrard between Sherbourne and Parliament! Btw does anyone know what’s happening to the buildings that the Aanishawbe occupy on the south side of Gerrard? They will be moving this Spring/summer to Cherry.
