I remember seeing the renders for this and think, how boring and grey. But wow, this looks so much better, and in person, especially when walking towards it surrounding by older mostly bright buildings and then seeing this gorgeous glass form rising up from it... So good.
 
Steel framing on the top of the south side. Sorry for the poor quality of the photo. I expect @Razz will make up for it!

Can't help but think the design will be even more spectacular if they chose ultra-low iron white glass without low-e coating (and if possible, use spider connectors as well) - the floors clad in black glazing would have looked like volumes floating in thin air.

Yeah, it looks top notch. This building is going to do great things for the street experience on this stretch of King E. Much more populated.
