With no elevator core in the south end of the building, it appears amazingly porous.

The Globe & Mail Centre reflects well on the heritage building
 
I'm going to predict this one comes out looking even better than the renders. I'm impressed so far.
 
I'll second that. The shifting floors, and the contrast and stunning quality of that glass makes this a beautiful addition to the east side.
