When I walked by yesterday, the boom of the crane was literally within 2 metres of the roof of the Masonic Hall... it looked really sketchy.

Yeah a shorter tower than normal for that area to boot?,
i wonder if those residents that have lived forever in those hi-rises in the vicinity had any influence on planning?
