Quite the high-rise node coming here. Can't wait to see how this will fit in with the approved KPMB building and the Arquitectonica proposal that's going to the OMB.

That's probably the most monsterous podium we have seen yet.
It looks like a much bigger, more crude and dumbed-down version of Market Wharf.

It's still a preliminary design, so I hope this is just a placeholder for something more palatable later on.
 
Very banal. :( Ok, to be the fair, I think the brick and tower incorporation is not alright, but the tower itself falls well below mediocre.
 
In the rendering showing the view from the Gardiner, is that greyed building the proposal at 31 Parliament?
 
31 Parliament would block most of the base levels views of the Gardiner. It is directly to the south of this project. instead of a view of the Gardiner / lake, they get a view of a beautiful blank wall.
