Some of the best window wall I've ever seen. And the brick detailing is nice too, of course.

Thank God it's red brick! I like black brick (and the brown shown in renderings was nice too) but I think for this area even more red brick is a very good thing.
 
Just went by the site and they are up to 13th / 12th floor and windows up to 4th floor. I'll post a few phone pics I've snagged later tonight.
 
That looks really great! Love the mix of the brick and glass, really echoes the old Toronto look with the modern big view windows. Really looks like it adds to the street nicely too, king street has a great pedestrian realm and this certainly extends that a block farther!
 
It's not just the abundance of glass and real brick (though those things are fantastic), it's really Core's calculated avoidance of spandrel that sets this one apart.
 
Got some more news, apparently developers get to send only one more letter and it has to be accurate. So let's see what happens I expect letter to come once concrete is done.
 
I love the King East. Just keeps looking better and better. This remarkable building will be a tremendous standard for future new additions for this potential filled area.
