Fence post 6x6 have been installed for hording along Dundas.

There was a pile of signs on the ground with Kings of Dens starting at $900,0000,as well other names with expire date of Nov 14. Some were noted as in Kings City.

Sounds like a rental city if they are getting ready to start construction now.

Queen West style bistros and trendy cafes on this dumpy, suburban stretch in Etobicoke?? I'll believe it when I see it.

For any ugly soulless suburban street, you can say "that street is totally kip", which is opposite of "Queen West is totally hip".

And Brit for catching up on some sleep. I've just finished a marathon research project on development projects approved by Council, and now it's time for a kip.
